1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Memories Auto Detailing ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Memories Auto Detailing provides mobile automotive detailing services including but not limited to:

• Interior detailing and cleaning
• Exterior washing and waxing
• Full detail packages
• Premium add-on services (ceramic coating, engine bay cleaning, etc.)

3. Booking and Payment

Booking: Services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or SMS. All bookings are subject to availability.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking via our secure Stripe payment system. We accept all major credit cards.

Pricing: Prices are based on vehicle type and selected services. Final pricing will be confirmed before payment is processed.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations: Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss a resolution.

5. Service Location Requirements

Customers must provide:

• A safe, accessible location for our mobile service
• Access to water and electricity (if not available, please notify us in advance)
• Adequate space to work around the vehicle
• Permission to perform services at the specified location

6. Weather Policy

Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions that would affect service quality or safety. We will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule at no additional charge.

7. Liability

While we take great care in providing our services, Memories Auto Detailing is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to the vehicle
• Items left in the vehicle (please remove all valuables)
• Damage caused by defective parts or materials already present on the vehicle
• Stains or damage that cannot be removed despite best efforts

We carry liability insurance and will address any damage caused by our services promptly and professionally.

8. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Memories Auto Detailing regarding your booking, service updates, and promotional offers.

When you reach out via SMS for the first time, you will receive an opt-in message: "Thanks for reaching out to memoriesmobiledetailing.com. Please reply YES to confirm you're willing to receive texts from us."

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to make it right.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
